By entering and participating in our talent show, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not participate in our talent show.

1. Eligibility.

1.1 Participants must be at least 13 years old or older at the time of entry.

1.2 Participants must be legal residents of Florida.

1.3 Employees, contractors, affiliates, and advertising and promotional agencies of Amazing Talent Show, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

1.4 Candidates may be authors, composers or performers. Songs can be in Creole, French, Spanish or in English.

2. Entry Requirements.

2.1 Participants must complete the registration form provided on the Amazing Talent Show website.

2.2Each participant can participate multiple times, only the three winners will not be able to participate again and the entries must be submitted between October 1st, 2024 and November 5th, 2024.

2.3 Each candidate must send by Email (contact@amazingtalentshow.com) or WHATSAPP (239-248-7854) the chosen song and the instrumental. After analyzing the song and the instrumental, Amazing Talent Show reserves the rights to ask the candidate to change the song or the instrumental.

2.4 The instrumental must be original, not violate any copyright or intellectual property rights, and the chosen song must not contain any obscene, offensive, or illegal content.

3. Selection Process.

3.1 A panel of judges appointed by Amazing Talent Show will evaluate all eligible entries.

3.2 Participants will be judged based on creativity, originality, technical skill, and overall performance quality.

3.3 Selected participants from pre-audition will be notified by email and further details will be communicated to them directly.

3.4 In the event of pre-selection, the candidate must be available throughout the duration of the competition which will end with a concert.

4. Prizes.

4.1 The winner(s) of the talent show will receive :

1st prize: $3000 US + 1 trophy + Music video.

2nd prize: $2000 US + 1 trophy + Music.

3rd prize: $1000 US + 1 Trophy.

5. Publicity and Privacy.

5.1 By entering the talent show, participants grant Amazing Talent Show the right to use their names, images, likenesses, and entry videos for promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation.

5.2 Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the talent show and as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property.

6.1 Each participant retains ownership of their entry. However, by participating in the talent show, participants grant Amazing Talent Show a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute the entry in connection with the promotion and marketing for Amazing Talent Show.

7. Disqualification.

7.1 Amazing talent Show reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions, tampers with the entry process, or engages in any conduct that could disrupt or undermine the fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the talent show.

8. Limitation of Liability.

8.1 Amazing Talent Show, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from or related to participation in the talent show or acceptance or use of any prize.

9. Governing Law.

9.1 These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions.

10.1 Amazing Talent Show reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Amazing Talent Show website. Participants are encouraged to review these terms and conditions periodically.

10.2 Amazing Talent Show reserves the rights to cancel or postpone the competition if the number of candidates is not sufficient, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

10.3 By participating in the Amazing Talent Show, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
